"Good location, great size house to stay in with friends whilst we visited Dublin but it was filthy and needed a deep clean!!! Was never about a discount or refund, we had our stay, we took pictures of the filth and sent to you advising that a deep clean should be done. We carried on to enjoy our weekend and cleaned what we needed to, ie shower, sink and toilet. We weren't there too much so didn't feel the need to get in touch whilst we were there for the weekend and would then have possibly had cleaners go in disturbing our stay. My review is by my opinion, not in order to get discount, Its so others wishing to book may need to consider its cleanliness of the property. You've obviously taken great defense at this rather than assessing the property and just fix the problem."
