"Provided the details over the phone and email (including pictures) of the required works - attic tank installation. When the plumber arrived he had no knowledge of the required works so we were charged for a 'survey'. The survey concluded with the plumber informing us of we had already told them. Their subsequent quote was 3x times more expensive than a competitors price. I provided them with an opportunity to explain why it was 3x times more expensive. Their answer was not satisfactory."
