"Please make sure to read the reviews before bringing your car here !! I should have read the reviews... It was the worst experience ever. I paid more than a thousand for a full service. 2 days after the service, I could not even drive my car outside of the indoor-garage, due to a broken spring coil. They did not take the responsibility and tried to convince me that it was a bad coincidence. On top of that all, they told me that they can not book my car in earlier than next week and still would charge for the fix. Avoid"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all cost! Went there because my left headlight gone out. The mechanic fella pretended to be struggling to take the light bulb out saying that it melted. Went back to talk to his boss then came back and told me I have to leave the car and pay €75 for labour and €35 to srt my lights. What a joke! I went to my regular mechanic who is unfortunately a bit out of my way going home from work. They changed it for me for 15 bucks. Atlas auto maybe you should be a bit more human and try not to rip off customers, unsuspecting womens, and elderly. If I could report you to someone, I'd definitely would. Avoid at all cost!"
"Excellent service. Atlas replaced the worn brake pads, discs and sensor on my car in good time and at a very reasonable cost."
"Fantastic place. They help every time. My son had Nct and I knew he needed 2 tyres day beforehand and they sorted and fixed other bits. Thanks lads super local service. Regards Padraic"
"I brought my car in for a full service. These are the issues that occurred after the full service and subsequent recommended repairs which cost me €700. - The boot does not open or close with the car key button anymore. Once the boot door is open, it then does not close on first try unless the inner dash button is pressed first. On this model there is no button or handle on the door to open the boot manually, so this can only be done with the key or dash button. - Drivers seat is jammed and no longer moves forward or backwards. - 'Diesel Particulate Filter is Full' warning sign has come on several times. As shown on the itemised invoice, was this not this cleaned? I followed up in an email about this with Darren and was told they don't do that at the Stillorgan branch - If not, what was I charged for and why? - New tyres were put in but shortly after the tyre pressure warning came on. Not a big deal but not something that should happen after a full service. These were not issues that existed before bringing the car to Atlas in Stillorgan, and ones that have never existed with this car since 2015. I did bring the car back to try and resolve these issues but on the day I was met with anger and cheek and lads not bothered about any level of service. I was told that if there is anything wrong that I would be paying for it. I cancelled my subsequent appointment as it was clear these are a set of scam artists and complete jokers."
