"I have been dealing with this garage the last 5 months, trying to get my bumper fixed after someone crashed into me.All I can say is very very poor service. After my car was “fixed” the first time by this garage, I was not happy, My car needed a new bumper, but this garage “repaired” the bumper, the paint was cracking and uneven, it just was not done properly, I was then accused of lying and they said my car was definitely crashed into again, this was not the case, as you could clearly see from the pictures I took that the paint Over the bumper was cracking, there was no impact ( the bumper was not pushed in anywhere, what you would normally see if something had hit your car). From then I was told the bumper would be fixed again but I was not getting a reply when trying to arrange for it to be redone, 5 months this has been going on for, I would drop my car to the garage and then 2 days later drive passed and my car would be right where I parked it untouched ( I totally understand if they were too busy to fix it, but let me know so I can have my car back as I need it to commute to work) this went on a few times, which resulted in me without a car for days having to get taxis to work. A few days ago my car was “repaired” again, the same thing as the first time, they just did not repair it properly, please see pictures attached. I do not want to deal with this garage again it has caused me hardship , I have never been dealt with like this from a garage before, and I am not one to complain at all, but after being dealt with in such an unprofessional way I have no choice, I would recommend not going to this garage, I would not want anyone else to be dealt with in such a way."
"Asked Trevor to do a mini-valet service on my HR-V. Took couple of hours (I expected it will take more time) and the car was as new. Very reasonable price. Very satisfied with the job they did! Can recommend!"
