"After having a shocking experience where I was fobbed off by a franchised Renault dealer in Wexford I took my car to Renault Belgard at the recommendation of a Mégane GT owners group to have an issue with the car looked into. Straight from the off the servicing team were absolutely brilliant and I actually felt like I was being taken seriously by them and I walked away that day feeling like they were actually going to look into the issues I described. The technician who worked on my car came out later that day to describe to me what the exact fault was and ordered a new gearbox for me. He answered all my questions and I felt relieved for the first time in a few months. Communication from them was consistent and I was kept very up to date about things. When I brought my car back to have the gearbox installed they even arranged a courtesy car for me(something I desperately needed to get through the few days I was to be without my own car). It was brilliant customer service and they worked with me to arrange a collection time for my vehicle when it was ready. I also got a full service done while the car was there and to be honest I think the price is completely reasonable so I was only too happy to hand over the cash. They even cleaned the exterior of the car for me. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else going forward. Best dealership experience I've ever had. I'll be back for my next service in a year. Thank you guys! Eventually when the time comes to upgrade my car I know where I'll be going."

"First experience and it was pleasant. Had a fault and was booked in for the next day in a cancellation spot. I was covered under warranty but it was going toncost €170 to just put the diag machine on the car. I was happy I was covered by the warranty. Car was done pretty quickly. They also fixed a manufacturers 'recall and fix' issue at the same time. HAPPY days."

"When I left my car for a routine service, they tried to charge me for things which should be covered under warranty. I refused. Got things fixed free of charge at a different authorised dealer. Also they advised to change perfectly fine wipers and brake discs. Rip off. Definitely would NOT recommend this garage."
