"I called surgery today 8am was 33rd in line 8.43 go a reply,explaining I'm COPD AN was suffering wots know as a flare up an struggling to breath was told to call back at 1,30 in hope as no appointments in morning,asked if could have a fone consultation as I kow its antibiotics n steroids needed,got a no there 2,in a panick called my wife who called again an with in a hours I relieved a consultation call 20mins later told my meds be ready this afternoon,,so although grateful disappointedat at blatant lies from nothing more than a fone operative with no qualifications in other than lifting a reciever,Not to mention blunt an a little ignorant in the serious of my condition, self importance souldnt be seen as a qualifying approach wen dealing with termly sick the doctor's a 10 out 10 receptionist minus 1 of 10,was told to call emergency services because she can't press appropriate exe N/O,i know calls are recorded n hope some one looks in to this, A response to the matter would be appreciated , perhaps expected g,gardiner,call times as detailed above."
