"Worse vets I have ever used. Absolutely disgraceful. So pleased I have left them now and registered with a reputable vets also in Hellesdon. If you love your pet, be very careful who you choose as your vets. Just think, as a dog owner who walks in parks everyday and goes to agility clubs etc I will be informing everyone of my very negative experience with these vets for ever. Don’t say I haven’t warned you."

"I Cannot recommend Hellesdon Vets highly enough. My puppy was unwell & got an appointment immediately to see vet. The care given was outstanding over six days. I brought him in everyday where they checked him thoroughly & cared for him with such kindness, patience & professionalism. They put my anxious puppy at ease and kept me updated with everything they were doing. All staff from Receptionist, Nurse to Vet have been excellent. My puppy is back to his full health & that’s thanks to Hellesdon Vets. A fantastic Team."
