"Waitrose & Partners Norwich at Eaton Centre, Church Ln, Norwich NR4 6NU. There is a cafe inside Waitrose supermarket, whereas the seating area is nice but types of cakes, sandwiches and drinks are very limited."
"Went during a busy Saturday so everything was packed! Managed to find most things on my list but also managed to mess up a self checkout machine unimaginably. Staff were quick to assess the situation and get us moved to a manned till where everything was sorted. While waitrose is certainly pricer than I'm usually comfortable with, you certainly get amazing service."
"Very poor service. Unhelpful staff. Cafe is rubbish. Can't get a takeaway coffee if you don't bring your own cup. I know they are probably TRYING to look good and be environmental friendly, but most takeaway cups are recyclable anyway... I was even prepared to pay their extortionate prices. Its little wonder that places like McDonald's do well."
"It's a shame, when you finish work later than everyone else and when you get to waitrose Eaton they don't have any fresh bread, all you want to do is all of your shopping in one place your are forced to go somewhere else. I find they do have a better selection of organic meats, but if they put something on offer you best get there when they open the doors or have a drop of Irish luck to find anything that you, wanted when you finish work late. I have found some of the staff borderline racist. I like the new layout of there store. There is also a boots pharmacy side the shop, including a photo booth for passport / driving licence photos. The coffee shop is not the best the coffee machine is only bean to cup and is not the best to say the least, the sandwiches are half frozen, and the don't do takeaway coffee only if you bring your own cup."
