"We had ordered here before and had a really great experience. Last night, I decided to order through the restaurant directly at 1830. The money came straight out of my account and I received a confirmation email and a timer with about 35 minutes on it. The timer stopped after being refreshed a few times. I assumed they would be busy on a Sunday night so gave it until 8pm. I called through just to confirm our food was on the way or being prepared but got no answer. The food never came which was very disappointing. Still working on a refund. By the looks of reviews on here it looks like I am not the only one who has had this issue. Please just tighten it up guys, you’ve got good potential but frankly this is just poor. To anyone reading this deciding whether or not to order from these guys: don’t bother, as you may not even get it."
