"I been here few times and thought give them few chances but they are rude and bad customer service, one woman especially is so bad and made me feel intimidated and looked at me like why are you here? And tuts at you if don't put your hand right way, how are you suppose to no if a but unsure or uneasy? I don't normally write these but feel I have to, I had my nails taken off for last time and won't be returning finding some where else"
"DO NOT waste your time.. I've been coming here for about a year however the service and quality is just awful Customer Service: I understand that english is not their first language, however their communication skills are fine, they just choose not to use them. When you walk in you are not greeted at all, you just sit down on a seat and wait for someone to shout next (which is a little awkward if you aren't aware of the protocol). When you do go over they are wearing a face mask (understandable) but their speech is so muffled through it you can barely hear what they are saying, and they make no effort to resolve that.. they just get frustrated when you can't understand them. The male technicians are generally more pleasant and I wouldn't even bother at all if Amy is about to do your nails. She is *so* rude and unbearable it is quite amazing. When you sit down you feel like a huge inconvenience to her and that she wants you out of the way as soon as possible. She grabs and pushes your hands about too quickly it is uncomfortable, going awkwardly fast with absolutely no care at all. If she asks you a question she will lean back and look away like she doesn't even want to know the answer. I can't find the words to express how awful her customer service skills are. Also don't expect them to answer the phone, it rings with a woman sitting next to it doing absolutely nothing, and they laugh at it ringing to the voicemail. Incident: Yesterday I went in for a cut and gel, she started cutting my nails at the speed of lightening, and she would cut and then rip the rest of your nail off (the result of this was fine but just felt horrible when she was doing it) She was going through my fingers so fast she kept almost catching my skin under the nail, I was felt SO uneasy when she was doing it and then she got to my thumb.. chomped the clippers down and caught so much skin I yanked my hand away in pain. She looked at me and I politely said 'can you not catch my skin please' and she didn't even apologise? She went to my next hand with a slightly slower pace but it was still uncomfortable. Then she wizzed through painting the fingers so quickly that she gets paint on the side of your fingers and just rubs it away with her thumb. Once my hands were done I wanted my toes doing too, and whilst my hands were still in the dryer she grabbed my foot and took my socks and shoes off for me because I couldn't do it myself as it was still in the dryer. She only had to wait 10 seconds, it just felt awkward having someone take them off for me. But as she's seemingly in such a rush she couldn't bare to wait 10 seconds for me to do it myself. I think you are one of the lucky ones if Amy seems to like you and that handful of people are most likely the ones who wrote the other reviews Quality: I would never recommend coming here for acrylics, quality is awful, don't last 5 minutes. Spend an extra £10 and go elsewhere for better quality and an experience that isn't god awful. The *ONLY* reason I came here for so long is that it's convenient, it's on the way home from work and you don't have to book an appointment. So I could ignore the god awful experience just as it's so easy. But I've got to the point when I don't even want to provide these people with business anymore. The only positive I could give is that if you get a shellac/gel on your natural nail, then it does stay on quite a while. However they only do the absolute basics, they hardly file your nail properly, they don't get the dead skin, or clean your nail, just quickly shapes them and then chucks on some paint. Sometimes they do 3/4 coats of colour, so that's 5/6 coats in total with the bottom and top coat and the nails look so chunky. Overall: Quality is bang average if you are getting gel on a natural nail, however the awful customer service is not worth it."
"Customer service is basically non-exsistant the woman who did my nails was extremely rude and impatient, I was left feeling embarrassed and annoyed when I explained to her what I wanted to be shouted at and for her to storm off! From my experience of working in a customer service based profession myself this kind of behaviour is disgusting and I definitely will not be returning."
"Nails were ok, lasted about a week and a half, were very painful during and the day after I got them done, but were fine after. Customer service is very unwelcoming and hostile, kinda rough and not very friendly. Heard from somewhere that they had used teeth glue! Although, I can't find this information anywhere else so ill take it with a pinch of salt. May go back if I'm willing to pay for a gel and acrylic set that might not last me two weeks."
"They did my wedding nails which were not very good at all. No two finger nails were the same. However I gave them another chance and I am glad I did. The female seems to be the best technician. I love my nails this time."
