"Used to go here but I missed 1 appointment due to being unwell. I offered to pay the price for the cancellation as I cancelled last minute. I called the salon and a snotty lady answered advising me as I didn't show up for that appointment I would need to place a Christmas deposit down, that's fair enough. I called the second time as I couldn't book from the app as they blocked me from doing it! I mean I missed one appointment, I have been coming here quite some time. The same lady answered saying I couldn't book 2 appointments together with an absolutely appalling tone, she didn't guide me but spoke so rudely and over me. I told her I didn't like her attitude and I'd take my business else where. Very shocked. Don't bother with this fake environment ladies."
