"I got my helix and belly button pierced here in August of 2022, the staff were very nice and welcoming towards me, the issue that I have had now is that both of piercings keep getting infected even when I clean them correctly, I was not told that a helix piercing requires a smaller bar after 2 weeks which has caused my helix to heal at an angle, both of the piercings are still very painful and sensitive. I got a 2 different opinions from other piercing places and they both agreed that I have been pierced incorrectly. My belly bar will randomly start oozing yellow white liquid now I don't know if that is normal or not, however the pain should have subsided by now. My helix is always in extreme pain if it is so much as touched. I do not recommend getting pierced here as it is too fast paced to be good for piercings, it should not be a walk in service. Please do more research before you go for a piercing, and research where you get the piercing."
"Both my children had piercings today it was quite popular due to schools finishing,however we didn't have to wait long. The service was friendly and quick. Extremely happy and would recommend highly. The brother and sister duo looked after us and their dad was very cheerful and friendly. Thank you to all staff who took such great care and put a smile on my girls faces."
"The piercer was lovely but after my 6 weeks was up n they 'healed' I couldn't get the earrings out and my ears just kept bleeding so much. The earrings were completely stuck and after about an hr of trying get them out I couldn't wear any other earrings as it hurt way to much even after a month of having them pierced and one of my ears healed straight back up after getting them out. Also the main receptionist was absolutely horrible and to be honest. Way too expensive"
