"Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Sat in a lobby area with no information available on site. Therapist was late by 10 minutes! The room was just a basic hotel room being used as a therapy room. Massage wasn’t good. And to top it all two weeks later I received a Parking fine even though I registered my car registration at the reception. I then had to send proof of my appointment to cancel the fine! I definitely would not recommend going to jasmine Olivia."
"Terrible service would give minus 5 stars if I could. Had an appointment with Lisa and got there at exactly 11.15am. Followed instructions according and waited in a random hotel lobby for 10 minutes.. sent a text to find out what was going on and got a reply saying my appointment was at 11am and my booking was cancelled because she has a client at 11.30. When i replied saying I booked for 11.15 the response was just "oh year sorry" absolute waste of my time.. no signage no receptionist just working out of a hotel room and can't even use a booking system properly"
"Jasmin is the BEST therapist in the WORLD!! She looks always goes above and beyond and makes every spa/salon experience exceptional! I always leave looking and feeling 10 yrs younger! I usually have a facial / indian head massage Its the Best spa around!! If you wanna feel special and rejuvenated -Would highly recommend!!!!"
"Where should I start? I booked an appointment for 2pm as listed on the website, I got a text asking for me to come half an hour earlier- which I couldn’t do. I was then asked to come before 2. When I arrived at 1:55pm (5 minutes before my appointment) I text to ask which door to enter through. In response to this, I received a phone call telling me that they had booked another client in. I was offered another slot for another day, however overall a disappointing experience and will go elsewhere."
"Jasmin olivia is a very good massage venue. The staff all know their stuff. Very good flexibility on times and lots of offers online. Highly recommend. It is part of a hotel gym and pool area. But the rooms are warm, dark and quiet."
