Everyone is polite and helpful, anything I need ordered is there the same day or the next day. "Due to a serious illness I have to deal with the pharmacy on a very regular basis usually three or four times a month. Covid restrictions are having an adverse effect on the staff in every retail business… however NOT in Mark Ellis Pharmacy in Springfield. My meds requirement changes constantly but the staff never complains. Every time I go in I am met by professional, caring and cheerful staff be it the pharmacists or the wonderful and knowledgeable girls who serve me!!! Customers are very quick to complain these days so I felt the need to give credit and thanks where it is due. You guys have set the bar for customer service extremely high few others will reach it ! Thank you again for making my life a little easier. To the owners I would say “ look after your staff “ as they would be very hard to replace.cheers Brian Higgins"
"All the staff are wonderful, I ring to say I need my monthly prescription and I am unable to collect it from the doctors office, which is just across the road from the pharmacy one of their lovely staff will go and collect it. Their pharmacist help to explain any new meds how best to take and if it complies with other meds the you are taking. They always have what you need and if they have to order it for you it's in the shop by the end of the day. I could not praise them enough. They really take care of their customers."
