"They have a wide range of perfumes and cosmetics that cannot be found anywhere else. That's why I usually prefer to stop by there often. I've already got very much help from pharmacy department, there is a guy there who has very well knowledge (sorry don't know his name). But also, on my last visit I was looking for a different perfume as a birthday gift for my sister and while I was planning to buy just one, with the help of the lovely staff I bought 3 amazing perfumes. Special thanks to Patricia for the great help and patience (this time I asked her name particularly)."

"Avoid if you want a peaceful shopping experience. Great selection of products however, as soon as I walked in the door I was followed and watched for the whole time I was shopping. When I chose my products they were put behind the till, it was a very bizzare experience that I have never witnessed in any other store. It made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, like a criminal. Security very intimidating and was rushing me out of the shop (20 mins before close) telling me to hurry up and check out. Considering I spent upwards of €70 that day I am not happy with the treatment of the staff. The supervisor on shift was nice about it and dealt with it very professionally but I don’t think it’s acceptable behaviour at all and I will not be returning which is unfortunate because I didn’t get to have a proper look at the selection which was great."
