"Ordered another month of my prescription through the app at 12.07pm and went to collect at around 1pm. Girl behind the counter acted like it was the first time she heard about the app. I was told it was going to be another half hour. Told the girl this was the second time this happened and what good was it having a fancy app if no one in the pharmacy paid any attention to it. Asked to speak to the manager. After the girl told the manager there was a dissatisfied customer requesting to speak to her the manager blew her off and said "I'm busy". After witnessing this I requested my prescription back from the pharmacy. The app deleted from my phone and I will never visit this place again. Staff here seriously need retraining especially the so called manager!"

"I sent through my private Doctor prescription and called up the pharmacy to see if they received it.A while later manager called me back.she told me the same thing as the last time that it is on the DPS card and there would be no refunds as I said yes you told me that before.I felt so very weak as I was waiting on Iron Injections ..I was asked why I have used 2 different pharmacies which I replied my Thyroid doctor told me to keep his prescription to a different pharmacy to avoid confusion which I had explained the last time also.I was made feel like I was trying to do something under-handed.When I got off the phone I was pretty upset at how I was spoken too.The manager I won’t mention her name sent me an email and said my prescription will be in at 5 pm.I had sent through a valid prescription and said Maybe it would be better to call up my Doctor instead of me if there is any query with his prescription and that I will make him aware of the situation I was put in.I got a phone call back off an extremely rude girl by the name of Car*a who told me they will not be dispensing my prescription and I said is that because I sent an email about how I was feeling…She answered me so short and abruptly and basically hung up on me.I guess you are not suppose to have any feelings or opinions….just let people talk down to you…I was made feel before by the manager that I had put her through soo much stress claiming a refund back.I will say Darren was a gentleman and so v helpful in every way possible and Justin and polish man was polite and two of the counter girls where lovely but the rest should take a course in customer service skills because without people like us they would be out of a job.In other countries they want you custom but here they make you feel like they are doing you a favour. Sorry but I could not recommend them after today."
