"Yes, you pay less but the staff is awful. In the blanchardrstown branch they lost my prescription and when I came back to ask for it, they told me that it was expired. On top of that I was shouted by one of of the assissptants in front of everybody. Then the pharmacist came, took me to a room to say sorry cuz I was rigth but still prescription is lost and I was shouted in front of everybody with my daughter in my arms. Worse service EVER. No point to write a complaint because you can see the policy of this bussiness is that they dont care about customer service."

"Best shop of the category, imo. Also - Pharmacy services are great (staff is really helpful and nice). For vaccines in general (i.e., Flu or COVID), you just walk in and get the shots. Different from competitors where you gotta get an appointment in their website with terrible UX. Here, if you need an appointment, staff will help you with."

"This place was amazing I payed 49 euros for a 3 month supply of my meds .in my regular chemist it's around 50 euros a month which is in total 150 in 3 months I saved 100 euros which included money for diesel. Please ring them or print out the cost of their prescribed medication and see how much you can save"

"Attended Chemist Warehouse for my Covid booster this morning. It is great to have a walk in service available. It meant I could pop in when it suited me. Although I had to wait a few minutes to be seen, the service I received from the pharmacist Sinead was excellent. She was pleasant, friendly and professional."

The prejudiced security guard who filters by color and then follow you throughout like a spy, the staff especially behind the tills who is extremely rude and pathetic at customer service to the long queues back at the pharmacy. The perfumes are pretty expensive and the store does not provide any return or exchange- not even gift cards. You can only exchange and that too within 14 days- just figured out this written on their receipts after an aweful experience. Overall not worth it- boots is 100 times better."
