"The blond women at the till was so rude that I can’t even explain that was another level of rudeness the worst service ever!!!"
"Left prescription at 12:30hrs. They said were busy so would be 2 hrs. Returned at 16:10hrs prescription wasn't ready had to wait another 15.ins whil.assistant insisted it was being putinto a bag. Not the 1st experience of this in this shop."
"The person doing the prescription is extremely rude. I called around 10am for my whole prescription, they told me it will be ready at 12. Not a bother I went there and my prescription was wrong, even though I ask specifically for the brand. Then the lady comes and says that she was doing me a favor giving me the prescription because I already bought it 2 weeks ago. I told her the doctor sent the prescription 2 weeks ago but I didn’t buy it because I had more at home. And she was so rude and told me she was going to call my GP on Monday and then give me my prescription. Why would I lie? Why the lady is telling me that I bought something that I didn’t? She didn’t even have a receipt to prove me wrong. It’s a disgrace. I being going to Castleknock for ages and I never had a problem, ever. I changed to Blanchardstown because we moved and I thought will be easy but definitely the way they treat people it’s horrific"
"Left a prescription here to be fulfilled told to come back in 15 minutes which I did, prescription was not ready, told that it would be ready in 5 minutes, waited 10 minutes in shop during that time observed at least four people in the pharmacy looking busy! , counter Assistants took my name a number of times and kept saying it will be ready in a minute, eventually I asked for my prescription back they hadn’t even started it , left items that I was going to purchase on the counter and walked out. I will never cross the door of this shop again really really bad service from the pharmacy team. I went to Sheridan’s in Roselawn, pleasant staff and very efficient service, prescription fulfilled in 5 minutes......Guess Where I will take my business in future."
"Usually people are helpful here and I liked this pharmacy. But unfortunately I just had a bad experience with this black hair woman who has accent. She was rude. She cut me off mid-sentence and said "yeah yeah you have your own stories, huh" and sniffed when I explained my condition seems like cronic. Her attitude was that of someone who believes her job is to throw out customers in as little time as possible. I was in hurry anyways, so she didn't even have to worry about loosing her precious time. Thank you Diana."
