"If I could give zero stars I would. My mother has been customer for years but as soon as she started to get her medication in blister packs mistakes began to happen. When one. of her tablets was changed she was given old medication when her blister packs were renewed. We then had to bring all packs back to pharmacy to be rectified. Rachel staff member texted my phone to apologise and say this would not happen again. When renewal prescription was sent by gp and pharmacy contacted to get blister packs ready we were given name of person to ask for on day of collection but when my nephew went to collect medication person he asked for hadn't a clue what he was talking about. Again we had to wait. Requested list of mams medication on numerous occassions for homecare team and each time we were given it it was wrong or incomplete. Once we were given form you use to claim at end of year. .My nephew went to collect blister packs the previous day eight days after email sent and medication not ready. He was asked to come back at 5pm but he was due in work, or they would deliver but mam not keen on opening door in evening. I rang next morning and they were delivered.I rang back to query why packs weren't ready and was left on hold so I had to hang up and ring back. I was told I never informed them they were due. I said email was sent 8 days previously and I never had to phone before.I said I would ring later in day to pay over phone. I phoned back in evening to pay and when I explained why I was phoning the girl answering phone checked my story and came back on phone with reply go on then. I told her I would phone back tomorrow and make payment. At approximately 6.15 that evening my private mobile rang and the owner of pharmacy the rudest most abrupt person I have ever spoken to said I had abused his staff and it wasn't the first time and I had one more chance or that was it. I argued you have made mistakes on my mother's medication and yes I will phone up about this or I will phone if she is left without tablets. If you are happy with your staffs incompetence I will be changing my mother's pharmacy. The next morning I changed pharmacy rang to get repeat prescription e-mailed to new pharmacy, got postal order in full and final settlement which has been posted. Horrendous customer or no customer service for customer for many many years."
