"The pharmacy closes at 7 one is told by the pharmacist that it's late to order a script at 18:30 . Told her they was something I needed to take that this evening n she is like ok send someone. When they get there they were like they told me to come tomorrow mhxx that's crazy. I think she thinks I had nothing to do n when for a late appointment for fun"

"Absolutely disgusted with the owner of this business. I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years since moving to the area. I went there this evening to collect a prescription for my son who requires his medication for a hospital procedure he is going through. Because my son’s medical card had run this week and I didn’t have cash to pay on me. I showed them the email to medical card department just yesterday and assured them that I would rectify it first thing in the morning. I asked could they loan me just enough for tonight so as not to interfere with my sons medical plan. The girls called the owner and he refused to allow them to give me enough to get through the night until phone lines are open and I can get this sorted. Not an unusual request at all, as I have often gotten medication while waiting on a prescription to be sent up. I have often been instructed by my doctors to ask the pharmacist to loan me part of the medication while he gets time to send it. And yet I felt like and absolute beggar . The girl that served me was very apologetic and I could see in her face she dis not want to deny my son his medication. But it was not her call to make. Outside of my sons prescription i by all my makeup there even though they are over priced, I am constantly dropping in and picking up little bits and have spent a lot of money there over the years. I was absolutely mortified and shocked. What a foolish business decision to loose a customer over a very small amount of medication. This all happened just before 6 o clock so I couldn’t even call the doctor of anyone to try sort it out. But assured them I would get it sorted first thing in the morning and be back for the remaining medication. I highly advise not using this business. Over priced and ignorant."

"Never had problems with this pharmacy, staff is kind and reading the reviews, also because they asked their cursomers to wear a mask during a pandemic, they deserve my 5 stars because I feel safe going there now. Reading reviews from one year ago when we were in the worst part of the pandemic, from people who refused to wear a mask, it's mind blowing. Beside the staff there are elderlies and vulnerable people who go to collect medicines there! If you don't believe in science you shouldn't even go to pharmacies guys."

"Always went to this pharmacy. Never had any problems. People that complain about the mask policy cause they believe in conspiracy theories should stay home together with their ignorance as they obviously can't live in a normal society where people respect each other."

"Disgusting treatment. Please refer to google reviews to reinforce this. I was treated horribly by all staff mainly the supposed manager because I was not wearing a mask (for medical reasons may I add) I also had a medical exemption letter which I refused to hand over in the midst of a busy shop publicly shaming me and forcing me to share my medical business) The manager attempted to publicly shame me by telling me that people have cancer and are sick and when I challenged her as to why she make a remark so krass with no relevance in order to guilt trip me she told me it was store policy.She also made several incorrect assumptions that I simply "didnt want to wear a mask" until I showed her my exemption letter and told her I would take my business elsewhere as I believe others should who dont want to live with this over the too approach involving themselves in peoples business.Disgusting treatment. Staff on a power trip. Manager is a pathetic excuse for management. Cant handle customer service or her own mouth for that matter. Refused to give me her name. Had 4 members of staff standing there. Uncalled for . Hate to think how vulnerable people are being treated. Pathetic. Avoid at all costs."
