"There's always staff not wearing masks behind the counter. Not much social distancing when staff are on the floor too. Their COVID advice posters are also very outdated (saw one that still referenced travel to China - it's 2022! )"
"As another reviewer highlighted, none of the staff wear masks, either on the shop floor or behind the half open sneeze guard. I have asked them on a couple of different visits if they could please put them on, especially due to the variant, but it obviously isn't a priority. Even if vaccinated, I think they could set a better example for the community and to protect the many elderly and vulnerable that come by a busy pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. I won't be returning."

"I experienced not the best service in this pharmacy. I also think that measures against covid could be better. I booked prescribed medication on Friday and was informed it’s in stock. I needed to buy 6 packs, and I was told I can do so. My prescription arrived on Tuesday, and when I finally got to the pharmacy I was informed I can only get one pack max due to short supplies. That’s fine, but it costs twice more expensive. Nobody thought of letting me know while I was checking the stock by phone this day. I spent extra time and money to get there and I have to go back again. In person. In the middle of the pandemic... I am not selfish and I am happy to think of other potential buyers of same medicines, but why not to inform before you confirm that prescription for 6 packs can be sent over to them? Also, I hope that the pharmacy staff is already vaccinated, because the lady wasn’t wearing a mask behind their protective ‘sneeze guard’ and while going out to the main area to pick up some stuff for a customer who couldn’t find a product on shelves. There were I think 4 customers queuing at this time in that small space."
