"Neil & a colleague from this company came today to fix the old washing machine in my rented flat. They identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and also checked over all other aspects of the machine - thankfully spotting a loose hose, that was close to causing a flood, so they rectified that, and they cleaned up the machine.
