"I had to get my boiler replaced and got 2 quotes; one from Darren and one from my existing company. Darren came over that morning, quoted later that day and the quote turned out to be considerably cheaper. I was a little bit suspicious to begin with if I'm honest (I'd been using my old company to service my boiler annually) but I needn't have worried. Darren arrived on time the following morning and installed the new boiler (which also was a better quality one than I was quoted by the other company). All my paperwork - Gas safety (required by building regs) was emailed later that week. All completely above board.
