Lewis is the total opposite of the above. Instead, he is happy to talk about what he is doing and takes pride in all the work he has done for me. He is happy to answer questions and has given tips on the tools he uses or the type of spray he buys to loosen difficult washers on monoblocks. And no it is not WD40. He also was super polite to my parents shielding during the pandemic, and was happy to wear a mask the whole time even in the summertime heat. Again, I would recommend Lewis to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional plumber who is willing to work hard and deliver great finished results."
