"I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Holdcroft Mitsubishi. I live 150 miles away and leased a brand new Atlantic Grey Outlander which they had in stock without ever visiting them in person. The staff I dealt with on the phone were fantastic, I’ve had BMWs, multiple big Jaguars, Volvo etc over the years and often found dealership staff treat you with contempt or as if they are doing you a favour by selling you a car, but Holdcroft bent over backwards to help (before and after they ‘closed’ the deal). Deliver = totally awesome. I’m 150 miles from the Holdcroft Stoke on Trent, with other cars dealers have driven car here and if I’m honest it’s an anti climax to get a brand new car that’s been driven xxx miles and arrives with dirt and dead flies on it - but NOT with HOLDCROFT, my new car arrived on a branded truck driven by an extremely professional uniformed member of staff who really took his time making sure I was happy with the car (that had 4 miles on the clock and was immaculate). 10/10."
