"Booked MOT to arrive and ask if I still needed it. When I stated the obvious response the guy told me if I want to wait then that’s fine but my vehicle wouldn’t be tested there and that they’d booked it into another independent garage. When I said that F1 shouldn’t be taking booking they can’t fulfil themselves he took it personally. I explained I was referring to F1 not him but really if you’re going to take offence by someone fairly challenging you then you need to get a grip. In the end he called the garage because I asked to take the vehicle there myself and the first thing said on the phone after he’d introduced himself is ‘have you got space for another MOT’. This was for a 4:45pm slot. If they’d said no I’d be in a bit of a predicament wouldn’t I to put it politely. So I leave and they said they’d call me at 6pm. Begrudgingly I agreed but the call never happened anyway; not that I was bothered but once again a company stating they’d do something they didn’t follow through on. So yeah I obviously wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Big company hiring one tester. F1 need to wake up and sort their business plan out. Shockingly bad service. Do not contact me again. And if you decide to lie/fabricate a response to this feedback then everyone should trust my words and know their response to be as good as the service I was provided with."

"Excellent, I arrived early to have 4 tyres fitted. My car was taken in immediately. I was shown to a very comfortable and warm waiting room. 20 minutes later all 4 tyre’s fitted. The young man who delt with me was extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Many thanks guys."

"Formula1 in Hanley are fantastic, they always go above and beyond. My most recent MOT needed to be done in quite a rush and they sorted it out with no issues at all, I can't recommend them enough, especially Ash!"

"Took the car in for a brake vehicle check and was told that the brakes and discs need changing, on top of it we were told that the car is at risk of snapping the calipers if we keep driving it and that will cost us double the price took it so.ewere else to get checked out and was told NOTHING needs changing expet for yhe brake sensore formular 1 didnt install properly so as a result got damaged. I will not recommend anyone taking thier car to these thieves you will be robbed blind. Save yoirmoney by taking it somewere else NOT formular1hanley"

"Not what it once was unfortunately, used it quite a few times for mine and my wife's car and were always fantastic and helpful. So sad to see it's decline over the past 16 months. Got air-conditioning done 3 weeks later had issues stopped working took it back, the air conditioning mechanic left so could only send me to the one in Newcastle under Lyme. Got my service done there picked it up engine warning light was on. Used the computer to clear it and then just kept on happening for a few weeks later. 2 months later my clutch has gone, used Google and other sites for lunch cal garage that fixes clutches, number one on each list was formula one autiocenter. Checked website also states does clutches so rang to book in to be told "sorry don't do clutches," - website still states it does."
