"Excellent service. Efficient in checking and recommending coolant and advice given. Product was even retrieved from shop floor whilst I waited. However, only one member of staff available so had to wait at the til after customers were being served. Would have been an issue if the shop were busier."
"I'm a Halford member and I bough all headlights online for my car and went to fix them at Halfords shop but one of the engineer named Lonis Smith (one of the laziest person I have ever seen) fixed my light but one of them was not working. After he checked and told me one of the wires was broken and he couldn't fix it so I need to Helford garage. I told, there is not place to booking until two weeks because all the Halford garage was fully booked. Also I had only day left to go for MOT therefore I asked if you can't fix it ask your manager to check send me other expertise engineer to look at this issue. I was waiting and waiting other all engineers were busy. Then I spoken to the duty manger name Mark Brennan to look at this issue but he didn't look at it at all which I was shock. He said wait because all the engineers are busy. I was waiting 30 minutes and no one came check the issue. Then I look at the issue myself and realized it was not break and Lonis Smith tried to plug it into on the wrong holder which I couldn't believe because if he is qualified engineer he shouldn't do it. It was a easy fix and I plug it into the correct holder and it worked. He was trying to blame the issue on my side and advised me to go to garage to fix it and also he said it was already broken when he open it. Lonis was a big lieyer. I would like to advise to all the people, they all are not expertise. Please take a picture before they unplug the wires and keep on eye what they do. After that I went to the manger (Mark) and explain it and advised to give him more training but duty manger not even apologise for this matter. I will add all the photos asap."
"Store didn't have the item I wanted, a common size inner tube for a bicycle. I asked 2 members of staff who seemed too busy to deal with me. I was told that they only have what was on the shelf. No offer to order one in or see if another store has one. Will go to a proper bike shop in future"
