I was worried about the low front end on my car getting up onto the recovery truck but Neil was extremely careful & respectful and I was very pleased with the way he dealt with my car, there was never any risk he would've allowed the car to scrape and he came prepared with the right ramps, blocks etc and knew how to use the kit properly.
