They booked me in, checked it over and went out of their way to show me that the car had body issues, not windscreen issues. They helped me diagnose the problem. Even though they did not have to and found it was a major fault with the car, I have since been able to contact the garage I brought the car from and get a new vehicle. "Used these to replace a windscreen on my partners Smart Car. The windscreen got replaced no problem, but as "they had to go out", they insisted on parking the vehicle outside on the road and leaving the keys on the wheel instead of waiting for 15/20 minutes for me to collect the vehicle (this was much earlier than their closing time). When I then collected the vehicle, there was a large scratch all the way down the side of the vehicle that wasn't there when I dropped it off, and they denied any involvement and wouldn't offer any help as to why this is! Good work, maybe, but very unprofessional"
