"Vets good ,reception staff not so much"
"Amazing vet best i have been to .help with my dog who has eye trouble and helped me to get him his new glasses to save his soght 4 a bit longer"
"Extremely disappointed. Prescription has taken over 5 days to get for our dog. First time we called, they didn't even put it through. They close at random times in the day and just put a note out, instead of updating their working hours. This can be extremely frustrating for anyone taking time off work to pick up something up. Any time we have taken our dog for treatment it has been really expensive and the support on looking after pets is awful. Any follow up check ups taking 5 minutes will cost you at least £30 (not including medication). When we took our puppy here for their first check up, no one thought to mention any schedule for medication such as worming, ticks and fleas. They will not state that they have not supplied these for the dogs in the yearly checkup so you find out the hard way. The staff is friendly but the actual service in getting things we need has been really upsetting, especially for the cost. I have seen them state they are not taking any new registrations to supply the current ones the best service but seems like they cannot handle the amount they have anyway."
"I would highly recommend Acorn (Hangleton). Very friendly staff. They're all very compassionate (which you need when it comes to beloved pets). My favourite is Margaret. She has had a lot to do with my 15 year old tortoise shell cat, who is actually operating on my Jasmine as I type! If you value your animals, you'll go to Acorn!"
