"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room we stayed in was spotless with a lovely view of the sea, big comfy bed, very nicely decorated. It was my birthday and they had left a little plate in the room with a couple of little cakes and fruit on it saying happy birthday which was a lovely touch! The spa was so relaxing, I had a back massage - I was a bit skeptical at the price since it’s so much more expensive than any other half hour back massage I’ve ever had but it was worth it! I was really pleased that the therapist had included my arms and hands in the the treatment too. The only thing I’d recommend is having some clocks dotted around in the spa as I had to keep checking my phone to see what time it was so I wouldn’t miss my treatment. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is situated right near Brighton pier and all the shops & restaurants, so the perfect spot to explore. Would recommend :)"
"A great location, right on the sea front. We arrived and were welcomed by a room upgrade with a sea view and king size bed, which was great. Even without an upgrade, I thought the hotel was very good value for money. Especially given what was including regarding the spa. It was the best spa experience I've ever had. The hotel also allowed us to keep our bags with them the next day, which was kind."
"I booked a night for my step dad to get away and enjoy his birthday. I also booked the funfair afternoon tea. Absolutely amazing! The food was great, the drinks were lovely, but what made the whole experience was by far the staff. They were so friendly and professional, and very accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask. I asked them to put balloons and a present in my step dad's room, they did so with no hesitation. From the lovely reception staff to all the staff in the restaurant, 5 star service! This is what customer service should be! Wonderful place"
"Stayed one night on the bank holiday weekend. Lovely, friendly staff. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed. Great location, both to reach the beach and the Laines. Fairly expensive but I think this is typical of Brighton. Couldn’t comment on the food or the spa. Would definitely stay again."
"Amazing hotel we arrived and were given complimentary drinks as our room wasn't going to be ready for another 10 minutes. The spa is a tranquil hideaway though it was a little difficult to find at first and navigate but once you get in it's utter bliss. The room was small with no view to speak of but it was okay for sleeping. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was a stones throw from the venue of the event we came for and literally on the seafront. Beautiful."
