"What an amazing experience! I took my nervous rescue dog into The Natural Pet Shop today for a groom/teeth brush/ nail cut - and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the shop, we were welcomed by friendly smiles and a calming atmosphere. From the introductions alone, I was in the utmost confidence that this was the place for us. Not only does Lucy dog look and smell amazing, but she was so calm and happy when I picked her up. On top of an amazing service - Malcom & Jane also took the time to identify and inform me of Lucy’s breed - which was previously unknown - something that I’m now very proud of and thankful for! "We took our 4 month old Bichon cross Shitzu for a puppy taster session and then a month later for his first groom, and we are absolutely thrilled with how he left the salon. Izzy did an amazing job and made our pup look even cuter than we thought possible - she was very patient and took her time, and we really appreciated all her efforts as we know he can be a bit fidgety with a very low attention span! Malcolm has also been really helpful with ordering in some eye cleaning products and generally being a very friendly face at the front door. We will most definitely be coming again as soon as Ziggy needs another groom! We are very lucky to have such a lovely business so close to our home. 100% recommend!!!"
