"Myself and my partner booked and paid for a 3D scan and we were very excited to see our baby. We used reproscan swords before for our first born and we were so happy with the service so we came back this time and we were left extremely disappointed The Sonographer seemed nice but not really excited or bothered…. The last time our sonographer was so cheerful she made our experience The baby was head down with his hands infront of his face. We got a picture of this which was great. The sonographer suggested drinking water to move his hands. We did and he turned away. We couldn’t see anything. This was 10 mins in…. The lady told us there’s no point looking anymore because I’m 33 weeks pregnant so the baby is unlikely to move again. She told us the service is under new management so they won’t be calling me back to try again and I can have a refund of 30/40 euro (she was unsure of the actual amount). She took the 4 digits of my card and sent us out the back door…. It was all very rushed. We were there at most 15 mins. We paid €150. No printer picture, no USB no DVD. I was sent an email with the pictures that I will need to save from a site before a certain date or they will disappear. I will have to print them myself. In 2018 with my first born we were there over an hour, we were given a DVD and printed pictures. When we couldn’t see the baby she sent me to McDonald’s to grab a coke and come back. My whole family were there it was an amazing day out that we all got to enjoy together. The sonographer was amazing and they even called me back the following week to have another look. I feel like covid has been used by reproscan as an excuse to provide a half arsed service and to basically make as much money as possible but do the least amount possible. I’m still waiting on the money to come into my account. I’ve still no idea if it’s 40 or 30 but either way it’s not good enough. If I don’t receive the money by Monday afternoon I will be letting my 15000 (local) followers on Instagram know it was repro scan in swords that left us so disappointed."

"We had our baby scan done this morning with Eimear and she was amazing. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and Eimear got her involved in the process, helping put the gel on mammys belly and helping to print off pictures. We got lots fantastic photos and had an all round great experience. Thanks again babyscan and a huge thanks to Eimear. ♥️"
