"Just want to say I was in a terrible way yesterday as I had to get a Antigen test done quickly. A man working at the Airport Colm was his name a proper gentleman . Have me the address of R D T Care to go to which I did I was very anxious as my flight going to New York was for 11am . But I want to say a big big thanks to Tara Murphy . Reassured me all will be well . Which it was as Tara took my email adresss I told me I will get my results in time . "One star only for two girls who is doing tests. They lovely. But -1 star to Customer service. No answer to emails. Result came 18hours later and no QR code . When answered the phone they not even listening why you need QR code on certificate and very rude ... they promise to send new certificate in 15min ...but never received and no answer again..."
"Both myself and my husband both had an excellent experience with RDT. The lady who checked us in and did the PCR test was lovely, so friendly and efficient. We had our results within 4 hours so based on our experience I would certainly recommend them."
