"I was a happy customer for almost 20 years and I never thought I would ever say - stay away from this place. From a friendly place with caring staff as it used to be - it has now become a money making business, where a patient is nothing more than a tool. With cold face they are charging €60 for repeat prescription which takes less than 3 minutes to do, although their pricelist states it should be €20. Pointing out discrepancies between the pricelist and what I was being charged - got me nowhere. What a time we are living in..."

"The worst clinic ever! If you are new to swords, or considering them...don't bother. I've been using them since 2005 and it seems the service and staff attitude gets worse year on year. Can't get an appointment when you need to. Getting a prescription is always a hassle(even if it's repeat). It's almost like they want you to come in and see the gp so they can collect €60 from you for absolutely nothing. You have to chase them up about everything and nothing is ever ready when it's meant to. You get referred to get tests done and you're the one having to ring to ask for a call back to know what the results are. I don't know if it's fatigue or they don't like their jobs but the doctor are always trying to rush you out. You come in with questions and pics(which they don't look at) and are quick to prescribe short term solutions to you instead or told to lose weight.(Even though my condition started when I was at my slimmest and going to gym before my knee injury). I had been going to them for years with a skin diseases and no one was helpful. I stumbled upon a video on YouTube in which a woman was explain what she uses for her skin and named the condition and I had to do research and conclude that that was probably what was wrong with me. Then had to go to the gp to ask for a dermatologist referral. And later saw they now carry a leaflet for said disease. That shouldn't have been my job to do. If I was listened to properly, I would have been diagnosed 5 years ago instead of suffering in silence for no reason."

"Reception are super unhelpful and straight up rude. Doctors also are very wishy washy just trying to get rid of you and don't actually care about helping you. They charge you 60 euro every time you see or speak to a doctor even when they don't do anything for you. Waste of time and money. The new doctor that took over met me once, confirmed my address and phone number and then told me to come back another time to put me on medication without even having a conversation with me. Extremely unprofessional. AVOID."
