"Am roughly at the 18 month mark post-transplant and could not be happier with the results. Right from the first contact, the entire procedure went so smoothly. The initial consultation walked me through all details from the causes of hair loss, to designing the hair line to be restored and explaining, in depth how the procedure would be carried out. There was total transparency with the cost and how it is broken down. What sets Andre apart from the rest is that he is not a salesman. He has undergone the procedure himself and genuinely wants the best for his patients. The 2 days of surgery flew by as when I wasn’t sleeping, there was ample opportunity to catch up on Netflix!! The staff are also phenomenal. Total professionals but also really nice people. In the days immediately following the procedure, Andre took time to contact me and check in on how I was doing. I was also encouraged to send photos if I was in any way unsure and it was so encouraging to get the positive feedback in those first 10 days. Those first 10 days are crucial but you are given clear and precise instructions as to the steps needed, without ever feeling overwhelmed. Advice to anyone thinking about it is to take that next step!! It’s a decision you will never regret!!"
