"This company is a joke. After waiting for my sofa for 4 months I was able to book a delivery. Waited all day for the delivery and got a message at 8pm that the truck ran out of time. Stay away you can easily get much better service elsewhere"
"Should have listened to everyone who warned me before placing an order with DFS. Our couch was due for delivery about a month ago, it was ready for delivery only about a week ago due to delay in production which I understand. But they are now holding the delivery for no reason as the deposit is paid and finance was approved as well before the units arrived at the Dublin warehouse. Unable to get updates as the only way to get an update is to visit the store and talk to the person you booked your order. We moved to our newly bought house which is 50kms from the store and it’s a pain to drive up and down each time for a small update. There is no way you can call the store, the staff ask you to email them but I hardly get any useful response. 0 efforts taken to keep me updated. It’s a horrible feel to keep sitting on the floor in your hours after working long hours and not able to spend anytime at all on weekends in living room. Just a couple of manual tasks by the staffs delaying our delivery by days. Honestly, losing expectation if they will get to it at all until I visit them again."

"Avoid. Waiting ages for delivery, store has no clue what manufacturing and distribution is doing. Got told our delivery was coming on a certain day, confirmed with email and text and nobody turned up, biggest waste of time."
"The products might have quality but the delivery and quality of service is very poor. A date was scheduled for delivery for one item that never came. The delivery driver actually came to my house and said "the item is not in the truck". I went to the store in person and the store manager did not take responsibility or accountability to schedule a specific hour or time gap for delivery because the system does not allow it. I think the least DFS could do is deliver the item at a time that suits me, after I dedicated and scheduled a whole day to receive it. AVOID companies who do not take accountability for their actions, especially when it is their fault, e.g. DFS. I feel utterly disappointed. In the end, the item was not even in Dublin yet but they scheduled a delivery anyway. Very incompetent, I must say... Update: store manager informed someone in the team would contact me with an update yesterday. I got no phonecall. It seems like the only way is to contact the UK or go to the store. Again, AVOID this company."
