"Some of the worst customer service and incompetent staff I have dealt with. I bought a new bed mattress and frame and was never advised that I would need bed slats to go with it. I am a first time buyer. When the bed arrived 6 weeks after I bought it, we had to leave the mattress on the floor for 3 weeks until the slats arrived. In the queue to collect an order and once at the till I am dismissed and told this is not the line although I was waiting for a few minutes without any word. This has been a frustrating ordeal and I'll never shop here again."

"Checked their website and saw they had plenty of what I wanted in stock. Go into the store. The product isnt on the shelves. Speak to the cashier, "Its arrived in a shipment but hasn't been unpacked yet." No ETA on when it'll be available. If its in stock but not available its not much use to anyone."

"First visit and pretty sure my last. Store has no proper flow, pricing is misleading - biggest price shown is for a multi purchase with individual price smaller. The tills are unorganised - where does the queue start? And big baskets in front of the desk mean stretching over to hand in the products to cashier."

"Love the store but don't do click and collect here. They're messy and never leave your stuff aside ready to be picked up. It always take hours because they get your order once you arrive. But other than messy employees, I'd recommend"

"Zero stars if I could... Absolutely shocking experience and can't believe they get away with it in Santry store. I ordered 2 chest of drawers that were 350.00 online, got an e-mail to come in to collect, I did so that evening and after queuing for some time a girl from the warehouse came out so I asked her for help, she took my order number and went to fetch my items. About 10 minutes later she came out with them on a trolley - She seen me coming so she ran back into the warehouse before I could examine my purchase. As you can see from the pictures attached one of the items was very badly damaged. I waited at reception to speak to one of the 2 assistants available but not one of them wanted to help. 30 minutes later, no other customers left so they couldn't ignore me any longer, I eventually got talking to a girl with broken English who just told me "Contact Customer Service, we cannot do anything for you here as it was bought online".. The other two assistants just looked on and ignored the situation. Shocking experience, a full refund will be requested and my advice to anyone going to JYSK Santry is to go somewhere else."
