"Everything is always out of stock!! No exaduration. The last 4 times I have been in there, what I've gone in for has been out of stock!! Waste of my time and petrol. TIP if something is on promotion - order more as it WILL sell faster!! Not dificult to work that out. Security guard was very kind and helpful, unlike the Boots staff!!"
"Boots has a Great array of stuff! I will be completely honest and say apart from the Pharmacy, there is limited sections for a man. Makeup and beauty products take up the majority of all outlets in my hometown of Norwich, and I am sure the same applies to other stores too. I have visited the boots stores with my sister on Many occasions, as they do give you discounts on their next purchase. I, like any brother or boyfriend or husband is left in limbo to wait while the other," for a good half an hour" who rubs tester cream onto her hand to check its a match? What's all that about? I cannot fault the staff, as they are helpful and extremely polite. Maybe add a " other half " chair with entertainment while the better half takes forever to decide? All in all, can't fault Boots and their staff. St Steven's Norwich does what it says on the tin."
