"Sometimes, I get excellent service and then somedays, I wish I hadn't bothered with this pharmacy. For eg, today, I rang, the phone rang, picked up, no answer, then I was hung up on and then the line was busy for ten minutes. So I found this service rather hit and miss."
"Never had a problem until today I went online and see they was open i phoned up to double check and yes they was open so I struggled to walk all the way here only to find they closed 10 minutes early for lunch at 1pm, so had to wait 1 hour outside with a tooth infection in the cold, if they stated they closed at 1 for lunch on the phone or even on the website I wouldn't be out here in the cold typing this in frustration."
