Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Dublin City Centre 10A Dubber, Dublin, County Dublin D01 HF22

"We (US Citizens) rented a car from here in late March of 2023 and it was a terrific experience. I'd recommend renting from here over renting from the airport because we didn't have to pay to park in Dublin; they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. The airport area can be busy and a tough place to acclimate to a new driving environment. Also, driving in Dublin is not for the novice driver on the left side of the road. Car was beautiful, clean and partially fueled. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd suggest fueling up before you return your vehicle as we found that to be easier and less expensive (even returning it with more fuel to be on the safe side works better). Booking the car was super easy. We are Emerald Club members with National and my information carried over for a simple booking process. I'd imagine if you your an Alamo or obviously Enterprise member the same would be applicable. Having our own car this time of year was awesome. We took off for the countryside and stopped where / when we wanted. Thanks again to the staff at Enterprise Dublin City Centre on Russell Street. Well Done!"

"Refreshingly pleasant experience. The day before, I received a courtesy call reminding me of my booking. On the day I was offered a choice of cars based on what was booked, and because I showed interest, a range of upgrade options at various price points. As a local, there are many city centre rental options to choose from but I’ll choose these guys again."

"The staff, although appropriate and pleasant are very vague about what the charges entail, either they are being dishonest or they themselves do not understand them and need further training. They did not explain that If you use the toll tag system they will then charge you an administration fee of €8.50 per toll over one month later. This admin fee is over 4 times the amount of the toll so you will pay over €100 for tolls worth €20. Again this was not explained when I picked up or dropped off the car. This is a very dishonest practice and when I had spoken to a customer representative to highlight this their attitude was terrible. My advice is to use another car rental agency with more transparent pricing and no hidden charges. The car was clean and worked well for the 5 days I had it. The bare minimum you would expect, I suppose."

"Convenient location, smooth car rental, no complaints. Rented a car for our 2 week trip exploring Ireland. We stayed downtown, so this location made it convenient to pick the car up to head out. Front desk staff was helpful and quick in getting us our vehicle. They walked me through the rental contract and walked me around the vehicle to make sure there was no damage. Even showed me the website to pay the M50 toll to make sure I wouldn’t forget. Overall, very pleasant experience."

"We rented a car here through myirishcousin for just under two weeks. The first person we worked with seemed kinda new and said we owed all these extra charges. I paid it nothing I would figure it out later. So I had to email a number of times in the week ahead to get those false charges refunded. That was frustrating. But when we returned the car, the other guy who helped us out was fantastic. The car we got (Toyota hybrid) was great. And the toll transponder was worth the extra charge for the convenience."
