"My experience was not so pleasant either, this old lady at the office was very rude and she was like why are you here?! Meanwhile, I have also seen several other officers behave much better and more respectful! Show some respect people, that's what returned to you."

"Quick and efficient service and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Waiting for a scheduled appointment can take a couple of months, so be sure to call to schedule it in advance. However, once you arrive for your designated time, if you have all the documents listed on the website ready it should be smooth sailing. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and was done even before it was supposed to start."

"Really bad in service. No one picked up phones in the afternoon. I tried to call 10 times in the afternoon but no one answered. Can only access custermer service in the morning. I got hung up by a women who's very rude. My husband's application has pending for 3 months. We have sent emails to different email addresses in their website and no one give a real update. All is ask us to wiat whout really take a look in the request. I think the post already got lost in their office and no one investigate it. Very dispointted at their service. Very traumatic experience. I don't know what we can do as the application can only be done by post."

"My experiences in here is so bad, I have been here a few times, last time I came is when I was 17 years old accompanied with my mother, and the first sentence the lady said to my mother is “ I absolutely don’t know why you are here” which is extremely rude. Today I come the second time, I admit there would be a part of my fault of can’t found out how to apply stamp online but I never heard that I can’t apply it in the immigration office. When I mention that I was here for getting the stamp and she was unbelievably rude and said that they are very busy and they only work for first registration. Her face expression absolutely says I was wasting her time but sorry I also come, take the queue for more than 1 hour....... I was 18 only and trying to holding myself so hard. I cried and get so disappointed, the worst is not that she didn’t do the stamp thing for me, but is her attitude which is shockingly bad. I wish I will never need to come to the immigration office again. Is terrible. It cause a lot of damage to me, it ruins my hole day......"

"Shockingly bad services for foreign people here, makes me ashamed to be Irish. I have been ringing you for a week straight trying to sort out my husband's visa because it's out of date, and it's holding up our mortgage process and you keep hanging up the phone. There's no email and you are not allowed to go to the office. So foreign people here cant have any communication? How this is allowed is beyond me. No wonder most country's consider the Irish racist."
