"Hard to get an appointment but once you do manage to get one, it's really quick afterwards. The staff is very accommodating and will let you know if you're missing a document- They even direct you to the closest printing shop as it's really hard to find one in the area. It only took me 15 minutes to complete the procedure. Wonderful experience. Thank you"
"Went to the Visa Office mid-October. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was handled so efficiently. All the documents that are required are clearly mentioned on the site and the entire process was completed in less than 5 minutes. (wait time was less than a minute) They let me know that the actual visa processing might take 15-40 days and informed that the passport would arrive by courier. The staff are doing their best trying to accommodate everyone. They even have notices on the bulletin board with directions to the closest printing services in case anyone needs something printed. Amazing service. Quite sad that people give a poor rating to the visa office because they couldn't find slot for an appointment / they forgot to bring a document that was clearly mentioned on the website."
"So stressful trying to get appointments with BLS.. been checking the website religiously but nothing at all. It was easy booking appointments with the embassy directly back then. Am travelling with a 2 year old child and husband but sad have only managed to secure appointment for one which means its not guaranteed that the others can also secure appointment individually. Will be travelling in two months time but seems no hope . So stressful!"
"Staff is very helpful and supportive. The processing at the centre was quick and easy. Wait time at centre was around 15 mins, so it was ok. Only concern is appointment booking, although they release appointments on their site regularly booking them is bit tricky, I had to visit site regularly for a month to have appointment booked for my family. Deducting 1 star for appointment booking process."
"Overall a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was served on time and out in 10 mins. They went through the documents and requested a few more so I supplied those later on the day. I notice a lot of people are complaining about appointment slots. From my experience that's always the case with any visa office or embassy. You need to be on the lookout at least 2 months before your planned trip. -1 star => I would have preferred to collect the passport from the office as I live very close by. The courier is a rather expensive service."
