"Had the child's birthday party there. Host for party was really nice, staff in general very nice. Went early as it can be very busy, overwhelming for my kids. I would recommend visiting early or late. Kids will love it. Viewing area upstairs for having a coffee and keeping an eye on the smaller ones"
"Booked my daughters birthday party here last week and we visit quite regulary as we are local. B&B is as good a play centre as you'll find. Staff all engaging, friendly and couldn't do enough. All details of the booking were carried put as agreed with plenty of flexibility given. I would highly recommend. Facilities are very very good. Kids loved it"
"Brought my 4 year old grandson for the second time. He had a great time. It was fairly busy but very well organised... The staff were so pleasant and helpful. At one point I could not see my grandson. I asked a lovely girl at reception for help. Within 2 minutes she sent a member of staff to me . He went up and found him for me. All this in such a pleasant manner. I would highly recommend this place."
"Kids did enjoy it for the first 30 minutes and quickly became bored. As a parent I was not allowed to enter and when I did I was quickly asked to leave by staff! I found it overcrowded to be honest even though they work in a time slot system! Would have been much better if it wasn't so crowded. My younger kids love when I watch them which was impossible with the constant badgering of staff to leave."
