"Place nice in general but at the end of the party the announcement to leave the building that is repeated loudly on the speakers every 10 seconds over and over again(probably 20 times) is making you feel like an intruder(while you're dressing kids up and wrapping things up). It was very annoying and spoiled the mood totally. Kids were crying as they thought they cannot even eat rest of the cake which were on a plate - they thought that they need to leave everything behind and leave the building immediately."
"Really nice play center for kids. Plenty of parking outside. The play center is an open plan and there is a siting with tables and chairs for adults to sit and have a coffee or food. I’ve attended several birthday parties and all very well organised. Coffee is nice. They provide balloons if you need them from their little shop. Outside the place, you can also have a coffee from the other coffee shops or food from the shop around the corner."
"Well laid out playhouse with easy viewing for parents, easy access to play area for kids and parents. They hold sensory days for ASD kids which is nice, and it's mostly across one or two levels unlike go kids go which feels very on top of itself. Nice separate area for younger kids too but would be nice if they controlled access to the younger group space a bit more rigorously."
"Last week I had a birthday party I am very disappointed I had a nut free cake because some of the kids have a allergy I told the staff more then 5 times do not mixed up my cake . The staff is too young not a clue I went into kitchen where they were cutting a cake first it was very dirty and messy I was shocked. second wasn't my cake and was ready to go was someone else cake there was a few differents cakes because of different partys and they cut all the cakes with the same knife . NUTS allergy disgraceful kids could not have a cake because Staff do not care and is dangerous"
"Terrible experience. Staff are very young and in no way are they trained to manage children. Manager was rude and had no concern for child safety. She said food was not allowed on the premises unless bought there so I’m assuming they make there own birthday cakes now because I wasn’t allowed bring one in to a child’s party!! When I asked for first aid kit for a plaster 4 of them behind the desk looked like I was speaking Japanese!!! Avoid this place"
