"Not a happy customer went into the store with a intermittent fault on my phone but mostly working, walked out with no phone working saying if the new Sim Card does not fully activate within 24 hours call Technical well how do I do this without any phone working with the reply of we have done all we can, fortunately a shop not far away EE got my phone working and still working very well now"

"Went in to potentially buy a note 20 as I was trying to decide between 3 and EE. Walked through the door and was quickly asked if I needed help. I said "just browsing" as I didn't want them breathing down my neck while making a big decision. I went to pick up the fake plastic model phones and was told that "we aren't open to browsing and you can't touch the phones as it takes too much cleaning" safe to say I was appalled by the staff members conduct. I went across to 3 where they were only too happy to leave me on my own playing with a real note 20 which I then purchased."
