"Love this little gem of a place. Cosy friendly and a real hidden hideaway in the centre of Swansea. Staff are attentive and engaging. My home from home x"
"Great place! Good coffee and snacks. Very retro and alternative interior. One of a kind place. Great for kids too! The cinema area is comfortable and equipped with a pretty large screen. Good sound."
"This place is so awesome! My partner and I walked by and were immediately pulled in… it looks and feels so magical from the outside, and is even more so when you step in. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere, with so many great events hosted! We only had time to have a couple of delicious hot chocolates, and we chatted with Anna for awhile. She is wonderful and welcoming and clearly puts so much good energy into this place. We will definitely be coming back to experience more next time we’re in Swansea! P.S. we didn’t come in on a night with films, but we peeked into the cinema and it’s so dreamy back there! It’s like everything I wish had existed when I was a teenager, and would be so excited to come here if I was local to Swansea or visiting for a longer period. I wish there were more places like this!"
"My wife and I had our wedding reception here (27/5/22) and couldn't have asked for anything better. A brilliant place to celebrate if you're looking for a chilled vibe, but still a great atmosphere. We were given full control of the music (simply made a Spotify playlist and plugged in a phone) and full control of the projector (we had played 3 films in total, all on mute with subtitles). In addition, we popped in a few weeks prior to discuss the layout of the seating, which was carried out to perfection. Huge shout out to Tre for being an excellent host who couldn't be more helpful, and to Ryan who also attended to whatever request we put forward, both assets to the company (also wish Ryan all the best in his wedding endeavours, we hope you manage to finally get married soon). Thank you also to Anna and sorry for the bombardment of emails! 100% recommend the venue for anyone wanting a different style of wedding reception. (For comparison, we had 64 attend the evening reception and it was far from crowded, could easily have catered for an additional 25/26 people, and we went for a buffet for 30 people, and 12 pizzas which went down a storm, only advice for anyone looking to do what we did would be to cater for 25-35% of the numbers for buffet, and the rest for pizza). Morgan & Emily Williams :)"
"Fantastic venue. Doggy friendly. Yummy homemade soup. But best of all I love that Anna (owner) supports all Artists and Musicians. Very important in today's climate. In 1982 I got paid £25 a week to attend Art College to study Graphic Design. My friend got a job in Graphic Design thanks to this Free Education under Thatchers Government. Today, 2022, students are getting in debt, and much worse. So thank you Anna for being the people's champion and supporting those that are being neglected. Even Welsh Actor Michael Sheen has moved back to Wales to support Creative Working Class children because the funding is lacking in the Arts. He said, "He would not be the Actor he is today if it were not for his free Arts Education!" So I ask everyone to support this small business. As Anna (Cinema & Co) is supporting Artists far and wide. Something I admire greatly. She has a very, very kind heart! ❤️"
