"I entered the eye department of Boots in North Street Brighton asking for an eye test and repair to my glasses. I had immediate help from Emma and Emily, both eye care professionals. They made me feel welcome and dealt with my requests in such a professional manner. Their knowledge was only surpassed by their kindness. They were both exemplary human beings. Boots for eye care? I never thought so initially, but now I would not go anywhere else."

"I came in to boots last week and although it was very busy a lovely blue hair girl on the MAC counter took the time to help me finding the right foundation, I'd normally feel very awkward but she was lovely and approachable and left me with a big smile. The only reason it was NOT a five star review is how cold it is in there! I can't imagine how the poor staff feel."

"It is huge with almost all the cosmetics I could imagine! Overall it was good experience but there was a blue haired girl on first floor cash counter who was extremely rude to us. I asked her about an item, she was probably standing free and suddenly a customer came and she told us she is busy and can't talk as she is attending customers (in disrespectful and loud tone). It was over all a weird and strange way to communicate a simple thing to customer. I didn't expect that kind of staff at boots but I let it be that time and went away."

"This is probably the biggest store I seen, lots of all different types of products are in their. they got Cosmetic area, pharmacy area, medicine area near pharmacy are all located on ground floor and also first floor optician, surgery and print photo etc 1st floor: Food, Drinks, snack, slim fast, battery, baby's food, milk n nappy, travel staff, miniature, soltan, opticians, Glasses, disposable camera, surgery and umbrella all located in first floor. Ground floor: Entrance : perfume, different types of makeup like ' Mac, Dior, Elizabeth Harden, Urban, Too Faced, NO7 etc - all boots products just look up they had a label on it we're to find the item like on left side Dental section nearer is Men's, vitamins, allergy, pharmacy, then in the middle is skin care area, bath and shower miniature, far right all shampoo, electric shaver, toothbrush, hair dryer etc, till and check in & out, hair colour, now we got the ' ESSENTIAL CURL CREAM' that some of the customer are looking for now it's back If you can't find it in-store you can buy online and just collected it."
