"I had a doctors appointment on a Friday so thought that Monday would be a good time to pick up my prescription, when I arrived they told me they had received my prescription however had only just ordered it but it should be there the next day. I left them my number so that they could alert me when my prescription had arrived, 3 days go by and I hear nothing so I go to see if they have it but just forgot to tell me... still not there! this time I'm told to call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it. Unbelievable! It has almost been a week and I am still prescriptionless farting around trying to get it!"

"If this chemist was a retail shop it wouldn't take too long for it to go out of business due to the attitude of some members of the staff. I was recently met by an obnoxious female member of staff who thought she had the right to speak to me how she liked. She was rude and belligerent. Unlike a shop, the customers here 'NEED' the chemist, and so some staff feel empowered by the position and can treat the customers poorly, probably mimicking their normal indoor behaviour. The owners are to blame as well here as i can't believe they have never come across the mindset i have described within the building. 1 star just because it wont allow me to post zero."

"I had booked my flu jab using the nhs online service, waited a week for the appointment. Booked a half day from wool as I work in central London. On the day of the appointment I left work at 13:20 for a 15:25 appointment. Whilst on my 2hr journey the shop decided to cancel “all flu jabs due to not having any stock”. In excess of 2 hrs travelling to find out “I cancelled the appointment at 14:16”. I received no apologies on arrival, just looked at me as if I was from another world. God help anyone who has to use this pharmacy, I pity you."

"Incorrect amount of meds being dispensed and the way dispensed meant this was not clear for a couple of weeks. I could see how they made the error but they were not having it and it caused lots of issues. I have seen one helpful member of staff there but in the main I feel like I am disrupting their day and not welcome, I certainly wouldn’t ask their advice on anything which is a shame for a local pharmacy. I have moved to Bridgman's and much happier despite the longer journey it feels safer and more reliable! Sorry but reading the historic reviews you have had time to sort your issues WELL but on the surface you don’t care?"
