Reviews
"The pharmacist is rude, confrontational and just plain arrogant. She seems to think everyone coming in is an annoyance and speaks to them as if so. Not just myself but everyone else whilst I was waiting was treated the same. The assistant is clumsy and gets everything mixed up, took 3 minutes to look for a medication that was in her hand under her scanner. Totally incompetent. And to top it all off myself and friends that use this pharmacy as it’s local have had certain controlled drugs go missing or only half packed. The people in this pharmacy need investigating immediately not only for incompetence and rudeness, but for either failing to check medications properly or even worse potentially taking them themselves. The team that was there 1-2 years ago and before were always polite, got prescriptions right every time. It’s gone massively downhill."
"Took forever to get through on the phone only to be spoken to like a was a hassle. I get it’s busy but manners cost nothing"
"After five minutes standing and coughing, with four staff behind the counter and not one person even acknowledging my existence, I was angry. I asked for service and the excuses of one person looking for lost medication didn't bode well with me. What about the other three members who blanked me too? The pharmacist then refused my order as a token of revenge and refused to serve me. No great loss as I wasn't being served anyway! Please steer clear... In the five minutes I was there it was evident that with lost medication and a questioned repeat prescription that they are totally disorganised. Someone will die from the wrong prescription and then things will get sorted. And no, sadly, I'm not exaggerating."
"My father started using this pharmacy and its blister pack service after my mother (his carer) passed away. Everytime I go to collect his monthly blister pack it's never ready and I have to sit over 40-50 minutes. Everytime when I get home my dad's mediation is not labeled correctly, different colours or brands with no notes saying what it it or just giving him only half of what he needs. He is diabetic and has bipolar so he cannot afford to not have his medication! (I'm usually told it's not due yet despite coming days after the due date and even sent away and told to come back next day). The staff are rude. At first the pharmacy had amazing staff that would bend backwards but now the pharmacy has staff that talk down at you despite their errors or are just generally offish all the time. I understand pressures they are under but there is no excuse to be so rude to customers/ patients."
"Staff are nice but the pharmacy service is the problem here, you will have to constantly check your prescriptions as items are frequently missing or only part supplied. Advice, put your repeat prescription in very early if it is a normal prescription ask first or just go to another pharmacy. The doctors are ok depending on who you get. Dr Rowan Brown is fantastic but some have been known to cost cut and give you cheaper medication which is not suitable for you and will only save them a few pence which doesn't help you."
